I have brought up the topic of compensation with them, a decision will be made as they work on fixing the bug and see what options are available.

I’m not quite sure what it’s worth, but we do indeed care about bots and are constantly working on different ideas to lessen the bot presence.

Having enough active supports just seems to be a common MMO struggle, although we are always open to ideas!

So, take this for what it as I’m NOT a dev and I really don’t have any full information on how any of it works… but all servers have bots. I understand it’s an easy conclusion to jump to when numbers rise and things become unstable, but something it’s right and the team is aware and looking into it.

Releasing artist seems to be the ‘easy’ solution, but I’m told that KR still has a shortage of supports?

There is nothing that we as CMs can do about bans, nor is posting on the forums helpful to change anything about the ban. I would recommend reaching out to support again.

I would recommend reactiving the connection to your account and giving the system a day or two to catch up. For some reason alot of accounts were unactivated.

I mean, I agree! Something I can bring up with the team is something more noticeable in game.

The hotfix was scheduled for a time where the AVG least amount of players are online across every server.

We’ll never be able to take servers offline where everyone is happy.
