The recent price changes are the result of updates made against the current currency exchange rates so that prices remain normalized across regions without significant differences in cost from region to region. Due to this change, some regions will see slight decreases in pricing while others will see increases.
The pricing that was released in Turkey on the day of the update (2/8) was incorrect due to a back end error, and this has since been fixed. If a purchase was made before this fix was in place on 2/9, players can reach out to Customer Support for refunds.

Items that are currently locked are the ones that are going away, items that were used or are currently usable won’t change. Gold refunds will only apply to the items that are removed.
