I wanted to update everyone that is having reset problems. Due to the reset bug effecting multiple different parts of the game, the team is aiming for a fix to be rolled out next week. Compensation will be given to effected players. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate the help brought forward by players providing details!

Loading screen? Picking up loot? Just standing around? Etc

I’m not blaming the disconnect issue on any one thing. If it was, it would be easier to fix. There are numerous things going into it. But sure, the EAC and the bots are contributing in their own ways.

I understand and wish I had more details to share with you. I really do. The dev team is working hard on trying different solutions, seeing how it plays out and adjusting as necessary. It’s a fine balance of keeping the walls up to slow down the bots while allowing our players to play without disconnects. We’ve discussed some of those attempts such as when the AH was overloaded or when there were extreme disconnects, even worse than now. We also cannot disclose everything, as it would defeat the purpose of stopping the bots. The team is eager to figure out a solution to both stop disconnects and prevent bots from multiplying.
