After sharing the recent blogpost about upcoming Spire Improvements, we gathered some of the most common questions and prepared this FAQ so you can have a deeper understanding of the new features and continue to give us feedback!

How does the Spire Skill Value (SSV) progression work?
The SSV is calculated and updated for every player once a week. During your Spire run, it collects the information needed for the calculation. When you finish the Spire, or latest when the Spire ends, this calculation is completed, and your new SSV is applied in the next Spire run. For this calculation, the system basically does two things: First, it checks if an encounter is solved through fighting, negotiating, or not solved at all. All building are rendered in 3D, as this is what gives the depth of the detail (rather than a flat appearance) as well as then the animations @Pauly7 only 2 sides are visible as this helps to keep the amount of resources needed on devices lower. Also then lets us choose the perfect angle for the buildings, especially when it comes to the pets, with Glido being a perfect example.

We have a couple of Owls released as avatars, one is chapter dependant and the other was released as in an event, so it is always worth checking the new ones when you go up a chapter to see what is hiding, we have Unicorns, Phoenix, Cats, a Stag and recently a Goat too  

We would not know Apples schedule @Fabulous Miz, but usually it takes between 2 and 7 days with them to push the updates out after the browser updates.

As you may have seen in our recent announcement for Chapter 22, we have decided to revive some of our largest communities' Forums, where we will be sharing all of our official announcements once more as well as actively seeking your valuable feedback.

You might be wondering why we have decided to take this step. First and foremost, this is thanks to you. Despite the fact that we have not posted announcements and similar content in the forums, some language versions still showed activity. You have also repeatedly expressed your desire to bring back the forums. We want to thank you, the players, who have provided us with your constructive feedback.

What about Discord? Discord will still be our main focus and will remain our primary platform. In the in-game news, we will still be linking to Discord.
