The Teleport Building spell is deemed to be a rare and exclusive thing, why it only ever appears in the Spire of Eternity.  

Yes there is and has had mention on quite a number of threads over the last year on this subject here.
The recent interview shared on this Forum, confirms that the Spire of Eternity will be having changes for 2021: https://en.forum.elvenar.com/index.php?threads/recent-interview-with-lukas-project-manager.13553/  

I would guess that those games are not created in Germany @WinterLivia7 as the PII laws there make GDPR look very tame.  

As CrazyWizard has alredy said, International Privacy Law exists for a very good reason. It is exactly the reason why you are unable to see who is online and once an Ancient Wonder is upgraded, the Spire of Eternity etc: ends why the information is then removed.  

You can hardly blame us for Adobe's Flash player. Lets face it Facebook removed any games using this a few months ago to try and prevent some of the mayhem that is bound to ensue when people realise what this has been powering.
Worth checking all of the information we have been putting out on our Knowledge Base (the articles when you click for the Support page) or checking out Adobe's own site as they are asking eveyone to delete this from their systems prior to 12.02.2021 as a security measure: https://www.adobe.com/uk/products/flashplayer/end-of-life.html?cq_ck=1591175470736  

I would imagine most Community Managers will be adding this to their Forums as it is quite a nice but rare occasion that we have this sort of information we are able to share.

Can we assume that you do not see this option in the games settings on you mobile?
Settings - Gameplay - Show Weather (Android).  

Thank you for the suggestions, however both instances are covered within the game.
The deletions of a special even building can dealt with by our support team when deleted in error.
The building upgrades are covered by Royal Restoration, which we do occasionally offer for sale.

Yes and this is the same for every building we have. The calculations are done from before any item is even introduced to the game to make sure that everything is taken into consideration. A term we call balancing as this takes into consideration the power of the building, how common or rare it will be, how hard will it be for a player to get, as well as its footprint and of course the maths formula that each aspect of this creates.

Gaming and Virtual goods are a bit different. This is why all items in the game have an intrinsic value, this allows us to prove the worth of anything in the game. This then allows us to make various offers on items, like the one you cite.  

I agree Timneh, hence we only use this for Forge of Empires as thats a different ball game to Elvenar with PVP needing pings sto get playerrs on the board.
