At this time they are not under consideration for the aircraft. If it's situation drastically changes, then it's possible they will be reviewed again.

Of the shareable ones that I can immediately find (others are internally made)

Comment

Because it has been fixed internally.

Comment

Firstly if it's restricted in any way it should not be used. You will need to provide proof it's cleared before posting or sharing it.

That manual is the IDS / ECR variant. Not the ADV.

We already have the GR.1 and F.3 manuals thanks to @Gunjob

So all of the required info is already in hand.

They were simply known as Tornado ADV but they were however EX RAF F.3 variants.

Hello!

If you can please send me a PM link to your profile on the Community Bug Report site, I will investigate the issue further. Thanks!

Hi guys.

We are considering a possible pod for the MiG-21S, however it requires further review.

Thanks for your feedback!

Hello

Its not possible to buy crates with GE. The full details can be found within the article: https://warthunder.com/en/news/8186-event-repair-factory-en

You can by a Contract for the supply of Crate Module, but not crates themselves:

If they are all fully without any flaps / slats at all involved then yes, there would be some possible room for changes. However we expect the flap / slats changes to lead to some significant improvements itself and once that has taken place, the devs plan to fully revisit all configurations and perimeters as I mentioned to fully tune it into its closest configuration.

So rather than make changes now and leave the possibility open for further error, the devs have planned it all around the slats / flaps code work as it will fully tie the performance issues up as they currently are reported.

Comment

All 3 main reported corrections to the missile were resolved. However changes of this kind can sometimes be within a major update depending on the nature of the correction or build changes.

Unfortunately as I said, we don't have an ETA from the devs on them right now. So it can be from anytime between now > the next major.

Comment

The answer to that is explained within the context of this report:

In order to achieve the exact turn performance for Tornado without compromising other elements of the FM that would make other aspects of the flight performance incorrect, an entirely new means of flaps / slats deployment is required to fully tune the performance to historical levels. This is not something possible to replicate inside of the current FM framework. So the FM was improved but is expected to be fully tuned once those means become available.

It also impacts all Tornado variants (IDS / GR.1 / F.3), therefor 3 nations are impacted. Not just one.

The devs are working to address the matter.

Comment

Just to clarify on this (as we already have an answer from the developers), it was fixed as far as it can actually be currently replicated inside of the games parameters.

According to the devs, In order to fully achieve the exact values mentioned in previous reports, it requires a code rework of the way FMs can be configured to allow correct sweep/mach number to flaps/slats mapping. Which is covered by this issue:

Unfortunately this requires more extensive coding work that is not the standard for FM configuration. Therefore the values were fixed from the previous report until this flaps / slats mapping rework can take place, which will allow the full turning performance to be more closely replicated in game.

This is why the the previous report was already considered fixed (as it is as far as the current game confines will allow). After the game code matter is resolved, we anticipate the values to b...

Hey.

We have a number of reports open under investigation regarding their performance. There is no conclusion on them however yet so we cannot say specifically what elements of their performance may change.

Hey!

The lock distance for missiles of this type greatly depends on the IR radiation of a given target. Front aspect radiation depends greatly on aerodynamic heating and internal equipment heating. Therefore in situations where it's a lock from this angle, it can be a lot less than the stated stat card range.

Keep in mind also that the aerodynamic heating of helicopters is very low compared to a fixed wing aircraft like a jet, so the lock-on distance is not as long in some situations.

As explained earlier, the Leopard 2A4, like all other tanks moved to 10.3, was done so to expand the BR spread. None of the tanks that moved up got new rounds, because it was decompressing the existing brackets. In effect, they face the same opponents they generally did before.

So the Leopard 2A4 was no exception to the changes.

Stay tuned to the news

Comment

The MFG was doing reasonably well in Air RB and much moreso in ground.

One thing to keep in mind about the F-4F is that it too was 11.0 and again doing ok there. It only came down last patch due to feedback and remained there for now.

Devs will monitor how the MFG does at it's new BR and follow the comments next time also on it. But right now, it's performance at 10.7 meant it had to go up.

There were actually a fair few changes from majority feedback and the Devs also explained some of the reasons why other vehciles that were popular in discussions couldn't change at this time or the reasons for them changing now.

Not to mention the entire further decompression of ground forces which came from the previous BR updates feedback.

Comment

This was part of the BR expansion across all top ranks. Many ground vehciles went up one bracket and you will notice none of them got new ammo. They will generally all face exactly what they did before. But now there is more room for the 9.7s - 10.0s.

It's something we are aware of. However there is no specific news to speak of right now. They present their own set of challenges and issues.
