Italy has no option for an 11.0 and the F-104S has just received a massive boost to keep it competitive with the current tops.

I mean, you are free to your own opinion, however even when uptiered to 10.7 - 11.0, it does just fine

Im by no means a great jet pilot, but even I have this in an average game with the F-104S in 11.0.

We cannot invent an aircraft that did not exist for Italy. They had the F-104s for a long time unlike other nations.

Italy just received 6 x AIM-9J on the F-104S which allows it to compete just fine. There is no other 11.0 jet fighter it can receive at this time.
