For clarification the answer you received was that firstly, its not actually a bug in itself because the mounts are adjustable. Secondly, you were given a detailed explanation of why the matter is now it is (because its not actually "incorrect" how it is) and that even if the suggestion was changed, its not a hugely impact gameplay matter. More a very niche one that whilst indeed you did give an example of, would not effect the majority of players.

Well im sorry to say then you simply are not going to get the answers you seek then. Because game development is never a "set in stone" or definite final answer in many cases. Every situation is subject to change.

Supersonics is a good example, because for many years it not only wasn't possible but wasn't planned. After some time it became clear a good chunk of the community wanted it and technologies of the time allowed it to be in game.

Im afraid its simply unreasonable to expect answers when the situation is always a constantly moving. We always give the most accurate answers possible during a current period and at the time we said "no supersonic" it was true. Things change, the situation changed and thus so did the outcome.

All vehicle types are developed independently. But specifically in the cases of smaller nations, they have a much more finite pool of possible vehicles. So for example when they have patch with a lot of content, the patches immediately after will be much less so for that nation regardless of what type. Otherwise they wont have much to look forward to or go even longer periods without anything.

So the point here was, Italy had quite a lot last update, including ground forces whatever your opinions on them were. So this update, there should be lower expectations for them in general.

Of course as I said, they may have something(s) new in the fleet department to look forward too.
