We've been running and evolving this system with a select group of players who have applied to be community reporters. Hopefuly soon it will be ready to be released to public! There are a few more things we need to do before we can do it!

This one is very frustrating for the devs as well. It's been very hard to reproduce it and a potential fix was made not too long ago but got reverted as it did not resolve the issue. This is defnitely on devs radar and is not being ignored.
Floating weapons bug is not being looked into with priority anymore as there are other, more pressing issues to work on. Due to inability to reproduce it consistently it had to be put on hold unfortunately.
Sad to see that :(. It's a bug, hard to reproduce as well because it happens randomly and very rarely. Unsure if the door is open on their screen or it opens on yours with a delay due to something. If you have the replay file of that match I'll add it to the bug ticket :)
I saw this today. At first I was like "maybe he wasn't cheating" but I checked the replay anyway because I'm like that.
He is gone now, banned temporarily right after that match and then perma banned. I hate them more than anything in the world..Gaming is my world, I love everything about it and cheaters have no place in it.

If you haven't already, please try installing nVidia's hotfix driver version 451.85 which addresses an ingame freezing issue. You can download the driver and read about this here.
Make sure to check for windows updates and install the latest updates.
If the cpu related issues continue to persist and you have overclock running, try removing it. There is an accounting issue related to overclocking on some intel cpus and windows versions.

while it's nice to hear that it still raises the question why I get told that he's banned and he starts playing afterwards. I've been posting gfycat replays to your support for quite a while now and this is the first time I IMMEDEATLY got a response that he's been taken care of. Yet that guy gets the chance to ruin games again afterwards.
Im fine taking the time to upload them but getting told that they are banned and them still going strong ruining games for everyone just feels like a slap in the face. This is not the first time I have experienced this and probably won't be the last time either.
I do not have information about when did you send the report and when did the CS respond so if you have the ticket number for me I can pass this along to our CS team and forward the feedback.
With this much of a performance upgrade (atleast for the 1 game I played) I'm confused how anyone could click disappointed
Could you tell me what your specs are (gpu, cpu, ram - overclocked or not) and how much of a performance upgrade have you felt since this patch? I'm trying to get as much info as I can since I still see some comments of players saying their performance is bad :(
Got this when loading to lobby. Restarts don't help, repair finds 1 bad file, redownloads it but finds it again. Can't play at all.
If you press Esc, it will open menu, but with 3-5 sec lag. Any thoughts? Devs?
