Fixed incorrect display of the real value of the "Bomb activation time (sec)", which could occur after switching the game difficulty mode.

The current provided changelog reflects the major changes within the game as part of this Update. Some updates, additions and fixes may not be listed in the provided notes. War Thunder is constantly improving and specific fixes may be implemented without the client being updated.

Ground vehicles

A bug has been fixed that prevents the maximum reverse speed stated in the manuals.


Vignette of the gun sight has been reduced for rank I-IV vehicles.


Centurion (all versions) — pivot radius has been reduced.


Type 87 RCV — sight magnification has been corrected from 2.7x-12.0x to х8


Jagdtiger — a bug has been fixed that prevents display of the armour values of the hull front upper and lower plates in the hangar.


LAV-AD — armour piercing capabilities of the М247 rockets have been corrected for angled hits.


Machbet — a bug has been fixed that prevents SAM launches when the commander is knocked out.

The items for the Battle pass in the Warbond shop are, as usual, available throughout the entire “Armored Elephant” season + 1week, available from 27th of April until 3rd of August.



The Warbond shop is available to players that have vehicles from rank III and is part of Battle Pass. You purchase items with the special “Warbond” currency that that can be obtained by unlocking Battle Pass levels.

Commanders, we invite you to another round of naval battles in the Enduring Confrontation game mode. This time, we’ve added all of the existing EC missions into the rotation: Dover Strait, Saipan, Port Moresby, Malta and Denmark.


Naval confrontation will be available until the 25th of April, but testing may end earlier if we need to fix some bugs.


The difficulty will alternate between AB and RB every day at 11:00 GMT.

A-10A, A-10A Late, F-104S.ASA, Su-22UM3K (Germany), MiG-23MLA (Germany), J-8B, Mirage F1C, Kfir C.2.


You are now able to purchase the April chest and the key in bulk of up to 100 pieces.


An option of skipping the April chest animation has been introduced.

When somebody says “wheeled tanks”, the first vehicles most people think of are probably the Italian Centauro or the South-African Rooikat, both of which are pretty recent designs. In reality though, the first vehicles of this type appeared as early as the first half of the 20th century. John Walter Christie, a talented American engineer, came forward with the idea for a design that made them possible, and the Soviet military were daredevil enough to roll with it. And so, in the interwar period, the Red Army received their first highly mobile “convertible” tanks with a unique wheels-and-tracks system. They were known as BT tanks, with “BT” standing for “Bystra-khodnyy Tank”, or “high-speed tank”.
