Accidentally got r6s credit from microsoft store. How do i transfer these credits to r6s on steam

Can you provide some more details? What happens when you try to invite friends? Also, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

I would recommend trying to get a refund and re-applying the money on a purchase via a different platform. I'm not sure if that if it's Xbox or us that would process the refund, but I bet support will know! I'll move this thread over that way.

Welcome to the Forums!

UbiShoreman is correct on this one - the credits cannot be transferred as they've been purchased on the wrong platform, for Xbox rather than PC via Steam.

You will need to request a refund from the Microsoft / Xbox Store, after which you can then purchase credits in-game via Steam.

The link unfortunately won't allow either myself or other Players to see your City :)

The Manifestation of Air needs to be connected to a Canal directly connected to the Portal. So it may be that there isn't enough Canal, lack of Space, or even lack of resources to build! If you could post a screenshot of you attempting to place the second building that may help!
