Yeah, pvp can be tough and we are aware it is not ideal atm. We are however looking at ways to address it.

There was an issue with the CE Soundtrack that came with some of the special versions. There were only 2 tracks available and this update fixed it so all tracks are in the respective folder.

Ive been building a lot in single player in Conan Exiles.
I played MYZ and am currently playing Apex on and off which is convenient for a few fast rounds without too much time commitment.

I have very found memories of AO, DAoC, and EQ, too :slight_smile:

It can indeed be confusing, sorry, let me clarify :slight_smile:
We are working on different build branches internally. The Build that is supposed to go live next week is being worked on independently from the build that is going to be deployed to TestLive today. The build going to TestLive can then at any time in the future be merged with the build that goes to Live next week.
It’s very common to work on different build branches like this for software development.

Just to clarify:
The patch being deployed to TestLive is a different build then the one we are stabilizing internally to go live next week.

I hear you guys and these specific items are not only super cool but they are also a bit elusive to get, aren’t they? :slight_smile:

Hello Exiles,

instead of updating my previous post about the schedule and plans for PC, Consoles and TestLive Patches, I wanted to make a separate post about the deployment of the current TestLive Changes to PC Live all of you have been waiting for.

We made an active decision to not be vague with our estimates (ie - “it’s ready when it’s ready” or “soon”) and instead let you know which target days we had in mind and felt relatively confident in hitting. Unfortunately we did run into several issues while doing final checks on the different builds that we thought would be ready for deploying for all of you sooner.

Thanks to our community members on TestLive we found issues with the building system that we needed to address (those were the delays from last week). We have now addressed most of them but there are a few more we want to make sure we have properly tackled before releasing this patch to PC.

Hi everyone,

As many of you have pointed out, there is two ways to go about communication when it comes to patching:

We could refuse to give even estimates and just go with the “it’s ready when it’s ready” - approach. While some of you might prefer this, others will not be happy and blame us for non existing or bad communication.

Our current approach is to be completely honest with you and share information as we get it. There is an obvious downside to this: if something gets delayed, we have to own up to it and we are. As I said before, we are only human, we try to make a good game and we try to work with you as much as we can.

It’s unfortunate if delays happen and I certainly won’t try to excuse them. All we can do is keep being transparent and improving on all aspects that involves communication back and forth. We do hope you see the benefit of the approach we have chosen :slight_smile:...

This rules have been in effect since Funcom introduced forums in general. And a general post has been stickied in the Funcom news section.

We’ve now made it more clear and easier to find these rules. The idea is to have stickies on all sections but the forums don’t allow for the same title for the same posts :wink:
