Some questions:
Since it kills everyone, does it count as a death for you? So if I get to 30 with no deaths and use it, will it count as one?
And, for hardcore, does it kill teammates? And if so, would it add a respawn timer/ricochet like how it does if you kill to many teammates?

Will the player who called in the nuke streak get awarded with the kills of the people who got wiped out?
Yes, they are awarded the points for the player eliminations.

Technically not wrong. I/We are not player support and would not attempt to troubleshoot very often. We have historically when possible, but we really aren't Customer/Player support.
