Hey, just curious- I don't think I saw it on the Trello. What is the process for things being added to the Trello? Just interested!
It definitely isn't an exact process. It's a mix of trending issue, severity, and also a matter if a dev team member says "hey, put this on there." Normally I need context from our team to know if we fully understand the issue and have a fix lined up.

Do you mean /u/FoxhoundFPS? That was always a personal account and we're using this one moving forward. It creates some healthy separations and also lets me manage inboxes easier. I, Foxhound, run this account.

New players join Call of Duty pretty often and I would consider us a good place to start an online MP journey! We have a VS Bots lobby that you can ramp the difficulty up and down on to help get acclimated to our controls if you aren't already.
Our Game Modes also explain how the match is played while loading into the map via tooltips and also while navigating the menus.
You're going to have to create an Activision account (More accounts, I know) which will let you play online and also cross-play with other players. Once you have an online service account (Xbox Live / PlayStation Plus / Battle.net ID), make an Activision account and link them together. Make sure you two-factor authenticate everything to stay safe!

Noticed the Shatter Blast bug that was in favor of players was patched up pretty fast so I expect the same for this...but that's wishful thinking.

We actually have a tentative fix for this issue and are continuing to investigate it. Without getting into some crazy nuances about how game dev works, some things are definitely easier to fix or adjust than others.
