As you've said, there's not much I can say right now, however.

In Outbreak, you were predominately fighting humans in the process of being infected with the Chimera Parasite/Virus AKA "The Archaens"
In Extraction, you are predominately fighting the Archaens themselves, hence why they look more alien than human. I can also say that there is still plenty of atmospheric maps and areas that will give you a creepier/tense feeling. You've barely seen any of the map scope in the game.

The "Quick Play" game mode you refer to having seen already, is the main game mode but will not be the only "Game Mode" We have already confirmed we will have a Ranked Mode.

We do not have confirmed minimum specs yet, but if your PC can handle Siege already, you shouldn't have many issues handling Extraction.

We have not currently confirmed anything about Extraction's post launch content, other than the fact that there will be post launch content. Please keep an eye out for more on this closer to the launch of the game.

Rainbow Six Extraction and Rainbow Six Siege are two separate games and will not share any content such as R6 Credits or Cosmetics at the moment. For features such as Cross Progression to be enable between 2 titles, both titles need to be built from the ground up with this feature in mind. Rainbow Six Siege is a 6 year old game and Cross Play and Cross Progression were barely even concepts in 2015. Implementing these features after the fact is EXTREMELY difficult to do.
I can also ensure you that you have not seen all the content the game has to offer yet.
