Just to be clear here, we don't "stealth nerf" things and try to hide changes we make.

If things aren't in the patch notes it's because the internal communication broke down at some point. This is something that happens a bit too often for my liking and we're working to improve upon that.

Ideally, it should never happen.

We just added more servers and you should be able to get in now!

Could you also increase PTS servers ? I mean, already huge queue without many US players ... and it's a middle of a work day for Europe.

Yep!

how do you access it?

If you own The Division 2 on PC, you will find The Division 2 PTS in your Uplay Library.

It should have been available now, but we're working to fix the 17003 error experienced by users. I'll update this thread as soon as i have news.

Edit: Should be fixed now. Let us know if any issues persists.

Lol had that happen to me. Followed me around like a lost puppy and never blew up. I kept it as a little pet for awhile. Then I had to climb up to defend the checkpoint and not sure what happened to him. Kind of miss him.

I have noticed ZERO difference in grenade accuracy. They still zero those damn things in.

Are you playing against primarily elite enemies on harder difficulty? The changes will be the least noticeable with the higher veterancy enemies.

We will continue to monitor your feedback and adjust further if necessary.

Thanks for the detailed feedback!

We are looking at all weapons in TU10 and the vast majority of them will see a buff as a part of the balancing pass. More info on all that soon!

I wish they would include numerical values into the patch notes. "Increased damage" is utterly meaningless. Increased how much? 0.00001%? 1,000,000%? Tell me what you did! Look at Blizzard's patch notes on World of Warcraft. They clearly say "Damage increased to 8% (was 7%)."

We'll see what we can do for future patch notes!

This will of course be fixed in a future update but hey... no harm in more people unlocking the new skill variant for now!

Enjoy it!

We are aware that this perk is well... let's just say not very useful for Warlords of New York players and we're working on a few potential solution for this.

Field proficiency caches coming back is one of them, but we'll see. No promises!

We're working on identifying the causes for this but it has taken longer than we would have liked.

What error message are you getting, exactly? Delta-XX? Echo-XX?

Precise error codes help a lot in troubleshooting this type of thing, and if possible sending over your Ubisoft account name in a PM would also be great.

I appreciate that fully but i can assure you that anything that blocks progression for players is a top priority.

There are several factors at play here.

First we need to identify where these occur and under what circumstances. Secondly we need to be able to reproduce it, which in these cases is not always simple as they are somewhat irregular and the doors work as intended the majority of the time.

Once we had located it and reproduced it, a fix is then made, integrated and deployed.

Due to the number of these issues found, it is an ongoing process to find and eliminate them one by one.

Don't read this as i'm diminishing these bugs by any stretch. They are frustrating to encounter (been there myself multiple times) and the fact that they are common is a problem in itself. I simply wanted to provide some "behind-the-scenes" insight into how they are identified and fixed as well why there are still a number of them present in the game.

Comment

To give some context here, each instance of mobs stuck behind doors must be identified and fixed individually and it's not as simple as a blanket fix for every location.

We are actively working to fix as many of these as possible as we identify them. It's an ongoing process.
