No. Afraid not. Just recorded what you see above. There is a glitch where on death and viewing other team mates loadouts the menu refuses to let me spectator view the play. This happened before I glitched under the map.

Did you end up underneath The Summit when you were downed or were you downed because you ended up under The Summit..? Any other details you can give on the incident would be helpful!
