Greetings Agents,

The servers will shut down for maintenance on Tuesday, January 21st at 09:30 AM CET / 03:30 AM EST / 12:30 AM PST.
Estimated downtime is approximately 3 hours.

Maintenance Notes:

  • Fixed an issue that would allow players to glitch into a building in Dark Zone South.

The team has been notified of all the instances and they are currently looking into it.

This sounds like an error related directly to your Playstation console.

I suggest you do a search for that error message on Playstation support site as they have steps for how to troubleshoot this.

Lost Character TWICE ???

You shouldn't lose your character, something's up and support should be able to assist you with this. Please can you create a ticket and alert them to the situation?
