Regarding players that leave, we do have abandonment penalties in place for players that disconnect from matches too often. It is also important to keep in mind that not everyone is leaving on purpose, as some people may be having disconnection issues.

Interesting suggestions! I like the idea of the tripod reducing recoil.

A map creator would be an interesting project, especially with how a lot of the community likes to come up with really interesting operator ideas.

I believe this only happens if all of that player's ops were selected by other teammates. In that scenario, they would have recruit since they have no other ops available to play. Will double-check on this!
