Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the Unranked playlist! The purpose of the playlist is to offer a space where players can play with competitive rules without the pressure of a ranking system. It also offers a tool for players who are wanting to warm up for a competitive match. Since casual and ranked operate on different rules, Unranked provides a great middle-ground between the two.
Are there any kind of specific changes you would like to see for the Unranked playlist to make it any better? What specifically do you not like about the Unranked playlist? It seems some players don't quite understand the benefit of the playlist.

Hey there! I strongly recommend going over R6S's Code of Conduct[rainbow6.ubisoft.com] to understand what kind of behaviors are deemed unacceptable. As Pillar.1 mentioned, griefing could be used to describe behavior like teamkilling, shooting out friendly gadgets, AFKing, etc.
