First Op that comes to mind for me is probably Ash. Not just for how frequently I see her in game, but also from her strength in the lore or Siege.

The general idea around it is to keep things relevant. For instance, a fix that might have worked a couple years ago might not work with the newer versions, or maybe it was only a temporary fix, etc.

The game has changed a whole lot across its 5 years of existence, and because of that, we try to keep things as current as possible.
