Yeah, is there any chance you're playing on the EU servers? As Max mentioned, we are aware of some issues with that.

The best way to directly report a potential DDoS, you can report the player via our online tool here[support.ubisoft.com] which should also allow you to upload the video!

I would definitely play around with it until you find something you like in particular! Different people have different needs for mouse speeds for the most part.

Here [support.ubisoft.com] are some troubleshooting tips from our FAQ. Hopefully theyll help.
