No, it should still be displayed, offline bans means more that players no longer have to sign in or have their account active to receive bans!

Hey Letozeth, we have actually implemented an offline ban system to great success, with several large ban waves. I definitely get that it is frustrating to run into cheaters in game, and with as many as there seem to be, it can definitely feel like nothing is happening, so I do get where you're coming from.

Please be sure that you are reporting all of these cheaters through either the in-game tool, or through the online tool.[support.ubisoft.com]
