I'd also throw getting a Sledgehammer kill up there as well.

I think banning Echo is somewhere in between not wanting to play against him because he's frustrating, and a comfort ban. I think Echo could be one of those ops that are easier to deal with if you have coordination. Like, IQ is his biggest counter since she can just see them through walls, Thatcher can EMP them (if he's not banned), they emit this humming sound that's pretty easy to hear if you listen closely.

Yeah it's not really that effective at all. I've submitted a specific bug several times thats making shields unplayable but no response...

Which bug are you referring to?

Secure and Hostage were removed from Ranked due to them not being very competitive and exploitable, especially in higher ranked lobbies. We currently have no plans to add either of those modes back.

Quick Match (Casual) exists for casual players who don't want to play Unranked/Ranked, and also exists as a way for people to play without having to invest in playing a 30-40 minute Ranked game. By adding an abandon sanction to the "Casual" playlist, it would automatically make the game mode not casual if it locks players into staying.

On the other hand, it sucks having leavers. It's a difficult topic for sure.
