Any updates about the broken Inoculation quest? Players can't continue the base main questline and the Vault 79 questline without it.
Hey /u/KATheHuman, yes we're investigating the issue with Ounce of Prevention. It seems it isn't consistently blocking progress for everyone who tries, but we are tracking towards resolving this one. It's another we want to address as soon as we can once a fix is ready to go.
Will let you know if I hear any updates on that.

Hi all, Pocketed/Deep Pocketed mods were intended to be available for Secret Service armor in this patch, we're looking into why they aren't. Sorry about the wait on these, we'll get them in game as soon as we can!
Hey thanks for the report! We're aware of this one and the team is working on a fix.
As an update on this we have now implemented a fix for this issue. Challenges that have Atom rewards now once again grant those Atoms correctly.
One more update for everyone on this, we have now determined the number of players affected and the amount of Atoms that each of those players was missing, which means we're able to begin granting you the number of Atoms you missed out on due to the bug starting tomorrow.
If you were affected, please keep an eye on the email address for your account over the next couple of days for a message stating that your missing Atoms have been restored.

Read moreI have about 850 locked out from when the bug was active. While it's appreciated this was patched quickly, this is half a fix. Will you be crediting those atoms which went to the wrong balance? It should be (relatively) easy, since you track when achievements were completed.

I'm the one who is still waiting for two weeks now on Fallout 1st to show up on my account. But it turns out it was applied to my girlfriend's Bethesda account (but only when logged in via steam?) and not my steam account. Even though I verified it was purchased on my steam account and my Bethesda login. Could it be possible this same bug is what caused it because they're on the same computer? I haven't heard from support in four days and they don't understand what's happened.
Reading all these posts makes me think it's related maybe...

Hi thanks for the reports! I spoke with the team about this today and have an update. We have fixes in for the Backwoods Bungalow that are currently targeted for Patch 21. Hope that helps!

Some folks are going to be unhappy to hear me say this, but I will anyway: We know that VATS currently has multiple issues, and we're looking into them.
The issues affecting VATS are complicated to address and they're taking some time to get fixed. I know that's not ideal, but it's where we're currently at with these bugs. Please know that we are investigating, and if hear an update on the status I will let you know.
