Hey all, just confirming that we are aware this is an issue and are still working on a fix. If you're having difficulty finding her in an instance you can also trying porting to a friend or guildmate who can see her. That should get you in the correct instance to spend your Event Tickets.

She is only missing from certain instances so if you need to spend your event tickets right away try looking for her in another city.

Hey all, we understand that this bug is frustrating, especially after you've been waiting in queue for a while, but we wanted to take this time to clear a few things up.

Unfortunately, not everything can be hotfixed either due to the nature of the problem or because it would require server downtime. Some issues take longer to resolve because they can't be hotfixed or because they need to be tested for longer. (This can be for a variety of reasons, but some examples include the bug being difficult to reproduce or because the fix touches a lot of in-game systems and requires additional testing.) In this case, we are still testing a fix for the problem.

So for the record to avoid double speak:
players from non- eligible countries win the same prizes as players from eligible countries if anyone of their guilds entries win?

If the person who submitted the entry is from an eligible country and wins, all active members of the guild will be eligible for the prizes (even if they don't live in an eligible country.)

While we are limited from participating in certain countries for legal reasons, we wanted to make sure no one in the winning guilds was left out.

Just to clear up a few questions:

[*] Only the platform/server of the submitter will be eligible for prizes. We, unfortunately, cannot give the prizes to sister guilds on different servers or platforms.
[*] No plain screenshots should be submitted. It should ultimately look like a poster, but if you use elements of a screenshot in your design that is okay.
[*] Only the submitter needs to be in an eligible country. The guild members do not.
