So after the whole Playstation fiasco, is there any word on how long the extension will be? I've heard anything between 1-2 days and a week, but nothing in stone.

Just edited the first post for clarity but the Anniversary Jubilee event has been extended until Thursday, April 15 at 10AM EDT.

You got it right that Daylight Saving Time started in most of the US last weekend, but daily reset is fixed and doesn't change with time changes, so it's 2:00 AM EDT.

Tomorrow, March 12, beginning at 4:00 am ET we will be taking down the PC NA and EU servers to perform some back-end maintenance. During this time, we will also be fixing an issue some players encountered during the Xal-Nur fight in the Ruins of Mazzatun dungeon and Cyrodiil leaderboards displaying character names instead of account names.

We expect maintenance to last 3 hours and should be complete by 7:00 am ET.

Am I missing something here? Showcase says "The Statuette: Scion of Bal will be available in the Crown Store FREE, exclusively to ESO Plus Members on all platforms for a limited time, from March 4 at 10am EST to April 1 at 10am EDT" But I can't see it.

We are working on getting this resolved. It will be up later today for console and on Monday after the patch is complete for PC.

There are no plans to add race change tokens to Heroes Reforged at this time.

The image of the new Symphony of Blades arms pack has me curious. I understand that showing some of the weapons in a promo image seems to make more sense than showing the boss/miniboss. Is the pack only going to include those 3 weapons, or will we also be getting a staff & 2 handed weapon in the pack too, as with the others that have previously been released?

Just confirming it has a 2 hander and staff style not shown. You'll be able to preview the arms pack when it goes up on the store as well.

@ZOS_SarahHecker will tomorrow's maintenance finally fix our crash problems? Three months living with these crashes is quite insane!!

Tomorrow's maintenance is a server reboot and will not include a patch. Our next planned patch for PC & console is when Update 29 launches next month.
