Thank you for your report. Please follow the steps to verify your game files:

  1. Open Steam
  2. In Library, click with the right button on the game and select “Properties”
  3. Select the Installed files
  4. Select Verify integrity of game files….

Please, also verify if you need to make a windows update as well as a Graphics Driver update.

If this issue still persists, turn off any mods or go to an official server and/or disable In-Game Full-Screen Mode to see if this is still happening.
