Do you find this behavior on Official servers as well or only in Single-Player?

If only in Single-Player can you try to back up your saved game and start a new save to see if its an issue on the saved game only?

Thank you for your report. Please follow the steps to verify your game files:

  1. Open Steam
  2. In Library, click with the right button on the game and select “Properties”
  3. Select the Installed files
  4. Select Verify integrity of game files….

Please, also make sure you have you’re drivers updated specially the audio ones,

Less than a month ago all servers from North America and Asia were changed and when this happens the favorite servers may disappear from your list, which means that you need to manually access the server again so it can be set as favorite.
