Can you, please, share a screenshot of the “Ancestral Knowledge: Furniture Maker”?

You should be able to craft the “Large Treasure Pile” with the construction hammer under the “Decorations” and then “Clan” sections.

It seems that the reported issue is related to the following announcement: Temporary outage - outdated client - #3

If you’re the owner of the private server restarting it should do the trick!

We want to inform you that yesterday at approximately 14:00 UTC we experienced a temporary outage for approximately 2 hours in our login system, which was presented as an ‘outdated client’ error.

All official servers were restarted to resolve this, however server admins should restart their private servers if this issue is found.

We apologize for any inconvenience and we thank you as well for sharing this with us!

  • Which Xbox model do you have?

  • Do you have your game installed on an SSD or HDD?

  • Is the console stable while playing other demanding games?

In the meantime, here are some steps that might help you. Please ensure that your save is stored on the XBOX cloud before trying each of the following:

  • Reset the console cache by holding the power button for about 10 seconds until the console powers off, then disconnect it from the power outlet for a couple of minutes, then try loading it into your SP session.

  • Try to perform a soft factory reset while keeping games and apps.

Thank you for your report. Please follow the steps to verify your game files:

  • Open Steam

  • In Library, click with the right button on the game and select “Properties”

  • Select the Installed files

  • Select Verify integrity of game files….

  • Restart your computer

Please, also verify if you need to make a windows update as well as a Graphics Driver update.

If this issue still persists let us know if an error message pops-up and what’s the content of that message.
