It is funny that for years I've played Minecraft without scaffolding, but now I'm like "I don't have any scaffolding, the castle will have to wait."

@Thepromc64 Actually I wanted to rename "egg" to something different, but since renaming blocks and items break so many things we only do it if it's absolutely necessary.

@MideTula Yes, many new features are designed for the "end game" so that the core stays intact. Minecraft is better enjoyed for the journey than the destination, so don't feel rushed, you'll get there eventually.

@Lushe02 Not a coincidence, the generator for the ground (a 3d noise map) hasn't changed, but the placement of biomes (which scales the noise map and populates terrain) has.
