When was the last time you were on the server? The constant crashing issue has been resolved as well as missing tek engrams.

The server was crashing regularly due to over-use of system resources. The issue should now be resolved though. You WILL have to find the server in the server list again though as it's no longer favorited.

This server was moved to a new machine earlier today. You'll have to search the server list and re-add it as it no longer is located at the IP address listed in your screenshot.

They should be fixed with the incoming reboot. They were just hidden (due to a config setting).

This issue should be taken care of this week as the machine will be having maintenance

524 will be undergoing maintenance soon, maybe early this week. The maintenance on 524 will alleviate the issues both 524 and 525 are having.

Ah! I can fix this. The server should be back online in ~5 minutes with transfers fixed. I can't revert the rollback as I am just now seeing this sadly.

I will have a look at this tomorrow and see if I can figure out why the issue is persisting. There will likely be some downtime on the server.

We're aware of this issue and will be releasing a fix for it in an upcoming patch.

I went ahead and restarted the server. Hopefully that will help with some of the issues you are having. Let me know if you still are having issues.

We just redeployed official servers. Can you let me know if its working now?

442 should be back

There is no ActiveEvent for Halloween currently. The only supported ActiveEvents are Easter, Valentine's Day, Summer, Arkaeology, Extinction Chronicles and Winter Wonderland.

At 12:00pm Eastern on September 12th we will be taking down PC server EU-PVP-Official-Ragnarok188 for maintenance. We expect maintenance to last for approximately 30 minutes. During this time the server will not be running therefore time will not progress. Once the server is back online, it will require re-adding to your favorites list as it will have a new IP address.
