We're looking into the cause of the connection issues. The servers should be joinable currently however while we investigate.
MAINTENANCE COMPLETE On February 20th beginning at 7am EST we will be conducting a small maintenance on a portion of our NA Official Servers. During this time the servers will go offline in succession therefore all will not be going down promptly at 7am. The servers will not be running during this maintenance period once they are down. We anticipate the full maintenance duration to take a few hours however the servers will be booted back up shortly after they are taken down, which should minimize individual downtime.

Beginning at 2am CET on January 31st (8PM EST January 30th) we will be taking down some of our EU servers for maintenance. We will be performing successive hardware upgrades, therefore the affected servers will be shut down in waves across the maintenance period. A list of all affected servers is below by platform.

On January 24th and 25th we will be conducting maintenance on a portion of our NA Official Servers, not all are affected (see lists below). January 24th at 3am EST there will be a network outage which will prevent players from joining the affected servers while we perform upgrades to our network. Network outage is expected to last no more than two hours. January 25th 3am EST through 11am EST we will be performing successive hardware upgrades, therefore the affected servers will be shut down in waves across the maintenance period.

[MAINTENANCE COMPLETE] At 12:00pm Eastern on January 8th we will be taking down some of Asia servers for maintenance. We expect maintenance to last for approximately 2 hours. During this time the servers will not be running therefore time will not progress. Once the servers are back online, they will require re-adding to your favorites list as they will have new IP addresses. Below is a list of all affected servers.

PC PvE Legacy Saves have now been updated in the list!
I promise I will get these ready this week. It's been on my plate but a bit back burned due to many other ARK issues. I apologize that my "this week" has now been an extended week. I do have a reminder for it though that I see every day so I will not forget!
Apologies for the lack of communication on this. The client update wasn't in sync with the server update as intended. Due to it being in the middle of the night for most of our team, we were unable to deploy servers. The servers have now been deployed with the new version and you should be able to connect.
Fear Evolved is not supported in the ActiveEvent system as we only began using it this year and didn't have Fear Evolved this year. ActiveEvent can be used for: Easter, Arkaeology, ExtinctionChronicles, and WinterWonderland.
The event auto activates and includes any server that doesn't run a TC.
As the main issues behind the PvE server crashes and performance issues has been resolved, I'm locking this thread. Please make a new thread for additional issues.
