Using the Xbox site to login and refreshing the Waypoint page worked and I was able to access my account. Thank you so much! I will write a ticket right away!
yeah not super sure why the site can get its knickers in a twist sometimes but sometimes you can force it to work by oauthing elsewhere.

hey Guilty, we've seen a bit of chatter on this. it'd be super helpful if you hit up Halo Support and let them know what you're running into so they can have the extra info!
are you able to get to any other sites that use Xbox oauth login like Xbox.com, HaloWaypoint.com, etc?
if you can log in there and try to swing over to the Support site after, getting a ticket on this is super helpful.
If not, weirdly, can you try logging in using another Gamertag and submitting a ticket that way?

Validated and still crashes on launch.

some are reporting that removing the HD texture pack will help so you can give that a whirl.

have you verified your steam file integrity yet?
that BR/Rocket start thing is being fixed as we speak!
have you tried relaunching your game?
if so and it's still not showing up, reach out to Halo Support and let them know it's not unlocking for you please.
i suspect this is possibly related to the other issue...
are you able to try a different network source? ie connecting to your phone's hotspot to see if stuff loads?
otherwise, would definitely include that in your ticket to support.
