hmm i'm guessing you've tried the basic stuff right? restart your game/pc/console and try again and stuff?

would hit up Halo Support beyond that if you still aren't seeing progress.

yup, that tracks with what we've seen before.

normally Halo Safety can't get involved but for this particular situation they're making an exception and they're funneling any appeals they get related to this up and requesting formal reviews.

i'll keep my fingers crossed for y'all!

i'm not sure if you're referring to Xbox or Halo Safety teams here... also, Xbox Support has absolutely no insight into Enforcement matters so their information won't always be reliable, unfortunately.

your brother can always submit an additional appeal to the Halo Safety crew and ask for a second look.
