Dude! I was just about to post a video similar to this. I have the exact same issue, both on my phone and laptop and I have no idea how to fix. If I'm fast enough clicking the Start Adventure button, it doesn't load and gives me error code 32000.

Hello! I'm looking into this. Could I have some more information? What shard are you playing on (Americas, Europe, Asia)?
Is it okay to spend shards atm? Will my backend balance sync with the client once this get fixed? Or are they permanently lost?
It’s not that they’re lost. Let’s say you start a run with 20 shards and the run says you gain 5. Sometimes when you go back to the map, it will say you have 30 instead of 25 and allow you to press buttons that require 30. If you do so, you’ll get an error message and it will update to 25.
So, can we get confirmation when it's safe to upgrade champions right now? I'm not going to unlock or upgrade anyone if it's just gonna eat any excess shards/fragments. If it means I'm not playing POC then so be it
At this time we believe all reports stem from the client getting out of sync with the account balance. The backend balances of fragments being awarded, spent, and remaining on accounts have all perfectly matched up.
We’ll be looking into it more in the coming week to figure out what is causing the mismatch.

Just happened again. This time what I think happened was that I had 0 MF shards after unlocking her, ran her first mission, got 5 shards, it let me upgrade her to 1 star (costs 10) and didn't remove those 5 shards.
Can I have your in game name?
Confirming this, after upgrading Bard to 2. star level, instead of the 5 fragment remaining balance, it now shows 0

this happened to me twice, bard and yasuo rank 2 had 25 shards and ended with 0.
i kept excess shards however when leveling up jinx and annie. seems to happen when you have 5 left over, iirc i had 10 for the others
edit: something f**ky is going on with shards. i had 5 lux shards (0 stars), gained 5 more, spent 10 on her first star, now i have 5

I also had this happen. I “starred up” Jhin with 15 shards and it consumed all of them instead of 10

Type of Bug: Path of Champions
What happened that seemed like a bug: Excess champion shards disappear after using them. Unlocking Jhin with 35 left me with 0 shards. And upgrading Yasuo star power to first level with 15 shards also left me with 0 shards.
What was expected to occur: I expected to keep the excess shards after unlocking something. When unlocking Jhin for 30 shards while owning 35, should leave me with 5. Same with star power upgrades.
How often does this occur/How easy is it to replicate: 2/2

I would like to second this error - PoC is currently unplayable with the only 3 Champs I have being Jinx, Bard and Jhin. Same error as the above person :(
As part of troubleshooting, if you press the blue flag to the right of the 'CONTINUE ADVENTURE' button on the world map, does it unblock you?
If it does, I expect that you will have received all rewards except the legend level reward which is sitting in your mail box. This will keep happening at the end of every adventure until we get a real solution pushed out.
