As part of troubleshooting, if you press the blue flag to the right of the 'CONTINUE ADVENTURE' button on the world map, does it unblock you?

If it does, I expect that you will have received all rewards except the legend level reward which is sitting in your mail box. This will keep happening at the end of every adventure until we get a real solution pushed out.

when I finished the ezreal matchup, my rewards were calculated, I got through a bunch of screens telling me I got like 100 xp, 10 fragments, 1000 what'cha'ma'call'it, then that some kind of chapter quests are unlocked and then a bit of loading and nothing... just a message on the screen saying ["ERROR CLAIMING LOOT" Your loot is not yet available. Please check for updates and try again.] I then press ok, the error window closes and nothing happens.

If I restart the game, reinstall or swap to mobile I go through all the rewards screens again and end up at the same spot... no option to cut anything short.

I've seen a few other posts with the exact same problem in this subreddit so I stuck to only my answer here to not flood and didn't create a new post, but you might find more intel if you scroll a bit.

I can document the whole process with screenshots if you want, it's still happening ^^

Hi! Thank you for the feedback. We're working on tuning down the camera bounce for the reward animations as well as disabling the audio on the card hovers. We'll be pushing out the tweaks as soon as we're able.

We're working on a fix ASAP. As an unfortunate workaround, you can quit and relaunch the app. It'll reconnect into your game and allow you to proceed.

We turned it off for the human player only inside the Path of Champions. The AI can't meme you in there and it still exists in all other modes.

It’s a combination of both! Since the back button can close UI and also trigger an expensive transition, we put a confirmation modal in.

We were building the mode without it for a decent amount of time. It was infuriating to waste like 30s due to a misclick when trying to test something!
