If it's as simple as giving you the information you specified then I will list them below. If not then disregard that. I'll look into how to perform a client log and post it here if I find out how to, haha.Platform: Android.

I'm interested in knowing things like what platform (PC, iOS, Android) you're using, region you're playing from, game modes you're playing, if you're using any specific skins/emotes/card backs/boards, and what third party overlay/tools you're using, if any.

I'm on Brazilian server, playing on android with no third parties and mostly lab of legends and the gangplank lab one (don't know the name in english), but mainly lab of legends.
I get the blurred screen with "reconnecting" message and then sometimes the game resumes, but most of the times I get stuck with the message until the "exit" button shows (occasionally with the "reconnection failed" message). When I click in the exit button I go back to the loading screen and get a "unable to connect to the servers" or something like that, rarely I go straight back into the match I was playing, if I can't connect back I close the app and reopen it, this usually works. As I said this happens multiple times each match, so I stay away from pvp.

Could you tell me if the problem persists if you disable whatever overlay tool you're using? I see an excessive amount of overlay APIs getting hit in these logs and I'd like to rule that out as a cause.

Don’t have the logs right now, but in my case it was PC and NA. What was happening most recently is that after playing a single game none of the buttons would appear to work. I’d hear the sounds like tabs and pages were opening, but nothing, except for the menu, would work. (I could click through the rewards screen after the game, but that was it). It would recover after waiting a few minutes or if I restart the client.
Before this, after the very first game, everything was working fine, except the game would never load. Seemed like it found an opponent, but it would always time out.

So I've tried to change my PC's language to English but the problem still remains. My language is Portuguese (Brazil). Patch 2.14.11. Am I doing something wrong or is the issue still happening?
I’m not aware of any new reports of this specific problem. Can you upload your logs somewhere and share them with me? Logs are at %localappdata%/riot games/legends of runeterra/logs

We had some service instability over the past two hours or so that we believe is resolved. Unfortunately, it is unlikely that your run will self recover. You can retire it through the settings menu in the upper right or on the Champion select screen. Sorry for the trouble!
Edit: As of 12:55am Pacific, we've deployed an additional fix and monitoring so far is positive. I apologize for the false hope, before!

Yes! It'll take a little while for a fix to this to get released though, since 2.12 is already locked.
Type of Bug: Gameplay I guess
What happened that seemed like a bug: I can't start a game. Screen is blocked on "loading" for a second then the program stops responding.
What was Expected to occur: My game was expected to start.
How often does this occur: I tried labs 4 times and one time in normal.

Type of Bug: Visual
What happened that seemed like a bug: Sparring Student does not consistently show correct stats once buffed. The card will show a lower value of attack and health than what the value actually is.
What was expected to occur: Sparring Student should always show the correct stats when buffed.
How often does this occur/How easy is it to replicate: I see this bug often. This seems to primarily occur when a large number of buffs happen quickly.
