If you pop me a private chat or DM with your support ticket information (you might have been asked for an email for example), I am more than happy to see tomorrow what we can do and check the trail of communications. Right now you're the only report of this issue that I've seen, but diagnosing the issue could save future players the same problem too.

I understand why you'd be frustrated and if you've tried a lot today and need a break, I'll also be happy to help you if and when you want to chase this up.

Contact support and the cosmetics will be transferred and merged - fame path progress in this instance would refer to actual progress for a fame path.

If you played a bit of S6 on a steam account, then got a new PS and wanted that to be your primary account, we wouldn't be able to change your PS fame path to match the Steam one. Does that help?

No worries at all - so just so you know, CURRENCY - crowns and kudos - will not be merged, so if that is a big driver for your decisions please keep that in mind.

You cannot both play at the same time if you use one unified Epic account - just checked that for you. So it sounds like two accounts are best. Make sure the PSN Email and Steam are different as I think otherwise you'll get "There is already an Epic Account under this email address" types of deals!

This has a lot of good answers, but the overall is that if you want both accounts to be the same, you'll want to pick one platform to be your primary account and link that FIRST - usually whichever you use more, has the highest crown rank, etc.

Link your Epic Games account to that one, and any lost cosmetics you can ask Support to merge into your primary account (I.E if you had a costume on PS that you wanted back on Steam) if you want to share progress on both platforms.

If you didn't want to share progress on both and didn't want to make them one unified account, you can indeed make your partner a different account for the PS linking. Let me know if tha...

If you already have an Epic Account, you can add your Steam in https://www.epicgames.com/account/connections under "Accounts"!

If you do not have one yet, you are free to make and link one now before the patch, but there is no problem waiting until it is out. Whatever works for you.
