We are urgently investigating and fixing this issue.

Players might see that their season path says "coming soon" right now, or that they are unable to claim rewards in their games. I will map progress in this thread until it is remedied.

Update:

The fame path issue and rewards errors are now fixed.

I am just checking regarded unclaimed rewards - please confirm if you still do not have them when you restart your game as well.

Update 2 (9:30am GMT 17th November!):

We are still looking at how to grant players rewards or compensation for affected matches, stay tuned!

Rewards will be in player accounts in the next 7 days! Confirmed, thank you for baring with me :)

We've made loads of progress and will be updating the Trello fully in the next few days! I'll make a post here when done, latest will be Thursday PM :)

Hey everyone!

For a while we've been investigating issues on Oceanic servers. We identified a faulty server, yeeted it, and replaced it, which should now fix this issue.

We've automatically identified around 18k players who were affected, and awarded each player 10 crowns - these will be in accounts over the next 48 hours!

Yes, it appears to be in the "currently investigating" section which is right! I believe we have a good fix for it and it should be super soon, if confirmed I will move over to "fix pending!" along with a few others this week. :)

Sorry that my reply comes so late, I have been away for a short while and I am catching up. I am not sure what we can do right now but will definitely pass the request over.

Roadmaps can be tricky. It is something we've all expressed interest in before - but I can say the resources side is usually due to a lot of things needing to be under the radar, and that wouldn't change due to a roadmap. I know the patience it takes when seasons are getting longer, and things will become clearer in time, but this will still be relayed onwards.

This is still in discussion at the moment, hopefully I have an update to share on it soon!

A lot of people are saying this, but it really was a bug. Mostly the feedback we had was that levels like Door Dash / Gate Crash where people qualify really close together was making it a pretty awful experience!

We're investigating points issues in Squad Shows still - I can't quite figure out from this comment if it's the same kind of thing, but situations like a bean that qualifies after you getting more points, etc.
