You'll get them as GE leaderboard rewards. The higher you rank in the leaderboards, the more masks you'll get (up to three). The first one is awarded to the top 50% players.
Yeah, unfortunately we've got a few guys basically making a weekly live TV show who don't know how to do it. They've done well and it's gotten better over time but obviously could still be better.
Gronkalicious, I totally agree... SOTG should continue, but it must be reworked and improved. It's a great tool that needs some care.

And we don't want it to be a fully polished PR exercise either. We'd much rather keep it spontaneous and honest. So sometimes there is something said that we'd like to take back. Happens. The first one means that mid mission bosses like the 4 horsemen or the named agents in general assembly will have a chance to drop a HE, instead of guaranteeing it. In other words, you'll get the best loot outcome from a mission or incursion by actually completing it, rather than farming the mid bosses.
For the second one: the end phase chests will have a chance to drop a HE, instead of guaranteeing it. The main source of loot in Underground should come from bosses and random drops, the guaranteed HE at the end makes it too rewarding compared to other activities.
do you know where the global patch notes are? they said on STOG there is this set (week 2 compared to week 1) and a set which is current PTS compared to live. where is this one at. I can't find it. thank you

Can we re create a fresh 30 on pts when that happens or is it transfers only? I play on ps4 but have an un leveled pc account and been reporting back to my group on changes and info. Id like to continue to do that to help test sets.
Yes, when creating a new character you will get a fresh level 30 directly, just like it has worked until now!

You won't keep the roll from PTS to the live version, if that is your question. No change made on the PTS will carry over to the live game.

No, we'll have to wipe the database in order to transfer existing chars, so your week 1 character will be gone.
We're actually adding something very close to your suggestion with the next PTS.
Performance mod slots will be shown on the right of the gear icon, and normal mod slots will be shown on the left.
Also, when trying to mod an item, only mods that can actually be equipped on this item will appear (if it only has normal mod slots, only normal mods will show).
It's very important that you report these in the PTS Bug Forums, as this is where we're focusing most of our attention for bugs.
Make sure to include any information that could help us identify what causes the bug.

I like this list a lot. At the risk of taking someone's credit or earning someone's ire... some of those are definitely things that we as a group definitely helped influence the direction of when we were there.
Again, I can't say enough how ridiculously cool it is to see community feedback (ETF and here on reddit) have such a direct impact on a huge game like this.
Please keep in mind that this list is not the final 1.4 patch notes. I see several things on this list that @Thylander and other devs have confirmed aren't in the existing PTS build yet but will be soon.

Just hold your horses, not thankin massive until 1.4 is out and lets wait another month or 2 and see how this whole patch gonna work out. Sure watching PTS giving me positive vibes, but still massive is know for changing things little too much in litte time. Just when we are gonna get used to 1.4, Im sure they will come up with some other super "great" idea and change the game again... completley.

So far we don't have any plans for drastic change on 1.4. What you see on the PTS is pretty much what you'll get, except a few balance tweaks here and there (mostly based on community feedback)
