I think your launcher looks like this because WebView2 isn’t installed.

When did this start? We’re looking in to some non-widespread matchmaking issues at the moment.
This may correlate with the matchmaking issues we were experiencing at the time. Has this occurred since?

There will be some sort of interference from another application here, usually Anti-Virus/Firewall but I appreciate you’ve already checked those. Anything else running on your PC perhaps?
