There were matchmaking issues at the time - which have since been resolved. To confirm, are you able to match successfully again now?

Please ensure you have appropriate Anti-Virus and Firewall exceptions in place for Darktide.

It may also be worth performing a Selective Startup, which can help identify whether a background application is the cause of your crashes:

  1. Press the Windows key
  2. Type ‘msconfig’ and select ‘System Configuration’
  3. On the ‘General’ tab, select ‘Selective Startup’
  4. Deselect ‘Load startup Items’
  5. Reboot your PC

As a shot in the dark, it may be that your Anti-Virus software or Firewall is interfering.

Do you remember what part of the map this can happen in? Also, any chance you could upload your screenshot directly to the fatshark forums? The one in Imgur seems to be really tiny :sweat_smile:
