Can you ensure that your anti-virus has the game whitelisted. Or you can try disabling your anti-virus entirely.

I see this is a laptop. Can you disable the trackpad? That might be doing something

Do you have any other controllers connected such as a steering wheel, HOTAS, or anything else?

This is rather strange! I asked for a Backend Developer to check your account and they also confirmed that you have all of the expected weapon blueprints.

The only thing I can suggest, perhaps to rule out this being an odd UI bug, is to try switching to the legacy UI and seeing if you are then able to see and craft the recipes.

  1. Press the ESC key
  2. Select ‘Options’
  3. On the ‘Gameplay’ tab, scroll down to ‘Interface’
  4. Set ‘Old Menu Layout (Deprecated)’ to ON

Since you’re manually pulling the power that Kernel Power error is expected, as its windows detecting an abnormal shutdown.
What anti-virus are you running? Can you try disabling yoru anti-virus entirely?

Can you run a full windows update and then reboot your system

Normally if an application freezes you should still be able to do a ctrl-alt-del to exit the game. If the entire system is freezing that seems odd.

What anti-virus/firewall product are you using?

Can you fully disable both as a test?

Hi @Sevithr, could you please provide a console log from a session that you’ve experienced this? Thanks!

The only other thing I can suggest is to try a Selective Startup, which can help identify whether a background application is the cause:

  1. Press the Windows key
  2. Type ‘msconfig’ and select ‘System Configuration’
  3. On the ‘General’ tab, select ‘Selective Startup’
  4. Deselect ‘Load startup Items’
  5. Reboot your PC

If the issue no longer occurs after having performed the Selective Startup, try re-introducing your programs one-by-one to determine which is the culprit.

I’m wondering if this was due to matchmaking/server issues at the time of posting.

Just to confirm, is this still the case or has this issue resolved for you since?

This could perhaps be due to your CPU being under stress, or a connectivity issue. You may find solutions here helpful:

Appears to be a Deadlock crash, which are a little notorious to identify the cause of.

If this is a regular occurrence, then I recommend to perform a Selective Startup, which help identify whether a background application is the cause of your error:

  1. Press the Windows key
  2. Type ‘msconfig’ and select ‘System Configuration’
  3. On the ‘General’ tab, select ‘Selective Startup’
  4. Deselect ‘Load startup Items’
  5. Reboot your PC

If the error no longer occurs after having performed the Selective Startup, try re-introducing your programs one-by-one to determine which is causing your issue.
