On June 16th, 1955 MiG-21, the most widespread supersonic jet in history, performed its maiden flight. Thanks to modernization and the release of more advanced modifications it remains in use even today, almost 80 years later, by over 15 countries.

To commemorate MiG-21’s first flight, its 1964 modification, MiG-21PFM, renamed by East Germany as MiG-21SPS-K, returns to sale for Golden Eagles from June 16th (12:00 GMT) until June 20th (9:00 GMT)!

The history of the modern German Navy goes back to the Reichsflotte that was founded on June 14th, 1848 — 175 years ago. Since then it has gone by many names, but now it’s called Bundesmarine and consists of 65 vessels, 56 aircraft, and 17,000 people. Its anniversary will be celebrated in Wilhelmshafen by opening up frigate Hamburg for the public, as well as concerts and competitions.

One of the largest and oldest naval fleets in the world, nicknamed La Royale back in the 17th century, has arrived at War Thunder! Its research tree consists of destroyers and cruisers of the French Navy. You can receive access to the closed beta test of the French Navy by either completing a set of tasks or purchasing one of the French naval packs.

These are not all the changes and suggestions that we would like to introduce to the game according to your wishes and comments, but, as it seems to us, the main ones. We will not be able to do more in the near future, and most likely, after the implementation of the roadmap, you may have other suggestions, comments, and priorities that may change in general. Therefore, we plan to have another session of collecting feedback in the fall, after the work is completed.

This is a really large roadmap and we probably won’t be able to complete some points in time.
