It depends on number of tickets support got in queue. Support do not work during weekends. If you send ticket, please wait for answer and do not send more tickets until that - new ticket/new answer without waiting for answer from support will drop your ticket to the end of the line.

Hi, yes it will give you his profile icon that you can use in-game and also on our official forum (you can only use in-game profile icons as your avatar on the forum). The vehicle in the background is the Churchill bridge layer, from his series "Hobart's Funnies".

Weaker areas for the explosives to work, as mentioned the roof, or just below the turret cheeks which is where I like to aim.

There wouldn't be any specific restrictions in the future. However if you end up teamkilling again shortly after, the punishment will become harsher.

Hi, aircraft loadouts are created based on what they could carry at once in real life, so we are unlikely to change this.

If you're talking about the 2S38, yes it has a bunch more internal modules.

And yes crew automatic healing is included too (every tank)

We've currently got open-dev server for the major update which ends on 5th June. We don't release major updates on the day or close to when the dev server ends

We're still working on the major update! Keep an eye on the news for the announcement for when it will come out.
