Updated the PTR with the following change:

Items and Rewards

• Increased the drop rate of Soultwining Crescent.

We’ve investigated this issue thoroughly and we believe that resists are now functioning more closely to original Burning Crusade.

During the development of patch 2.5.2 for Burning Crusade Classic, we found and fixed a bug preventing some talents that resisted specific mechanics (such as Unbreakable Will or Surefooted) from combining with school-based resistance stats correctly. The bug resulted in resist chances in patch 2.5.1 that were slightly different than the original 2.4.3 Burning Crusade.

As part of this fix, we took a close look at how the resist chance formula changed between patches 1.12.0 and 2.4.3. This led us to discover several pertinent changes that had happened over the course of the development of original Burning Crusade. These included alterations to the order in which spell hits and spell resistances are applied. Week 3 of open Beta (October 19)

• Test characters can now be leveled to 60.
• The “Adventure Awaits” buff now grants an additional experience bonus to Dungeon quests and quests flagged as Elite.
• High Elf Watchers have made an appearance in the Ironforge Library and Undercity Apothecarium, seeking to chronicle those who bear a “Soul of Iron”.
• World Buffs such as Rallying Cry of the Dragonslayer, Warchief’s Blessing, and many others will now be removed inside of raid instances.
• The Debuff limit on enemy units is no longer capped at 16.
• Significantly less experience is now awarded to players who kill a creature while in a group with one or more players who are at a much higher level than the creature that was slain.
• The Looking For Group tool from Burning Crusade Classic is now present in the Season of Mastery.
• Adjustments have been made to some dungeon enemies:

Yes, I can confirm that we intend to offer bundles of realm-to-realm character transfers for a discounted total price in a future update to World of Warcraft and the in-game Shop. This new offering will allow players to select multiple characters that are on the same account and move them all to a destination realm in one purchase.

We don’t have the final sizes, pricing, and date these new bundles will become available just yet, but we’ll let you know all of that as soon as possible.
