Maintenance has completed on XB1! 

PS4 is still ongoing 🙂

We are looking into this - making a support ticket while we work on a game fix will allow one of our team members to get your account back in a playable state.

We found the issue here, we will have a fix released soon!

This should be fixed as of yesterday!

Alerts/Bounties/Fissures/etc should be back up and running now! Still looking into Daily Special issues.

EDIT: Daily Specials are fixed as well!

Hey guys! Quick update on our progress with the controller responsiveness changes - We're actually fast tracking the fixes by submitting an interim build to cert very soon! The way it is now is not ideal, and we completely understand that so we are pushing this forward as fast as we can while still complying with cert scheduling. 

We have mentioned it on our weekly streams (last week's Prime Time for example) to let you know that it is still on our "urgent" list! 🙂

Thank you for your patience as we get this mini-update prepped for cert. 

XB1 maintenance is still ongoing! We will be moving a portion of the maintenance to tomorrow morning (Wednesday, Feb 6th). 

PS4 maintenance is still scheduled to being tomorrow @ 9 AM ET.

We can see that some slow downloads speeds have been reported, and we just want to make sure that you go through the following process when updating:

Exit Game > Select Warframe on home screen > Options (+) > Software Update > Via Internet

That should help you out a little, and if you see similar issues, please be sure to let us know.

2 things you may encounter at this time:

1) For a reason we have not 100% reproduced, the system may try to download the full update ON TOP of the current install, instead of in-place. Deleting the game and then reinstalling will allow the update to proceed. This won't remove any progress, and since the Update is a remaster (full re-install), this won't waste any gas.

2) If your Update isn't auto-starting, do the manual system check via + Button > Software Update > Via Internet on the Warframe game tile.

Fortuna: Update 24

This is a remaster update! What exactly is a “remaster” you ask? Well! 

When we launch a remaster update we are essentially doing a big cache cleanup to optimize old and existing assets. When we do this, we free up space for updates such as FORTUNA: Part 1!

Since this affects existing assets, Warframe will be re-downloaded in its entirety when the update goes live. This will appear no different from any other update, business as usual! You will get the update required system message as well as the launcher message.  ...

2. Slurpy health: gives you health
3. Spinny health: gives you health if you slurp enemies first
4. Swarmy health: gives you health when you swarm enemies

FORTUNA 1 has passed cert and is launching tomorrow, Tuesday, February 5th!!

We will be doing some routine maintenance on our XB1 and PS4 servers next week to keep them in tip top shape! Maintenance will begin on the following dates: 

XB1: Tuesday, February 5th @ 9 AM ET 

PS4: Wednesday, February 6th @ 9 AM ET

The process will be ongoing throughout the day and while there shouldn’t be any service disruptions, Red Text will be there to give you the heads up and the “all clear” during some of the maintenance phases that may cause brief blips.
