You built a Hound component, not a complete Hound.  When you defeat a Sister you get her unique Hound as well as a random part blueprint which will eventually let you build a fully custom one. Visit Legs' shop in Fortuna to preview what other components are required.

We are not getting this, we can hear our own melody even with the ally mandachord volume down to 50%. Are you able to post a video of what you are experiencing? And what is your melody instrument?

I just looked into the progress and am seeing that they are having issues finding the source of empty vials. But it is still being actively looked at! 

This has been fixed on all platforms in this morning's hotfix!
