We hope that you will find launching Warframe on Windows PCs should be fixed for almost all users, after hotfix 33.5.1

That this will NOT fix a different launcher issue with the Steamdeck or other Linux users on WINE, we are still diagnosing that issue.

There was an issue with the set-up of the Drop with a broken duplicate item. Instead of having players redeem a drop that didn't link to anything, we set it up to offer an extra Grand Finale fireworks instead. That was the reason for the mix-up there. As for the frozen progress, I'm unsure if that is related, as others have successfully claimed it.

If you have a minute, can you please open a new Support ticket, and attach to us your EE.cfg file? You can find EE.cfg by going to the Start Menu, and typing this:

%localappdata%\warframe\

This contains all of your control bindings and might lead us to figure out why the inputs aren't working for you.

One specific example I have in mind:  I have a Nami Solo Incarnon bug report I still haven't posted.  Before today, I thought about placing it in "Circuit Bug Reports" since it concerns a Circuit reward, but that subforum is hidden now.

The Duviri Bug Reports section is a great spot for Incarnon bugs! Even if it's not an absolute perfect fit for a subforum, that's ok. If it really doesn't belong there, a moderator may move it, so don't sweat it. :) 

Hello Teicka! Did you defeat the Orowyrm after defeating Kullervo? Kullervo's Bane is awarded at the end of the mission after defeating the Ororwyrm.

Can you try going to Options \ Controller \ Customize Controller,  "Drifter" page, and hit Defaults for Drifter?
